Each order is custom-prepared with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your artwork is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged during transit. In the case of damage, please provide photos of the packaging and artwork for our review.

Refund Process

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, your refund to the original payment will be processedmethod within 7-10 business days.

All original work is painted on stratched canvas and shipped unframed. I make sure the online image is as accurate as possible to the original painting. However variations in colour may occur due to differences in viewing devices and refunds after the 14 day grace period based on this will not apply.
